More Treat!

It was Valentine Day after my birthday and the Lord gave us more treat, TYJ!

Fudge cake, was bit heavy…. Kids liked it though.

Daddy was out and didn’t come back for long time. I was wondering where he went. And he came back with this! Thank you!

Alyx’s friend gave her this and she kindly shared with me. It was nice but bit strong.

This is after the Valentine’s day.  They were giving away cupcakes for free at the store! Kids liked the plastic rings on top.

All that to say, I had very blessed days full of surprises. I was working on diet and it was going well but I had sort of little break during my birthday and Valentine’s day week. Hopefully I can go back to the diet mode again. I hope you all had good one, too!

My Birthday Treat 2011

I didn’t have any plan for my birthday this year like before. But the Lord gave me many surprises and I had a very Happy Birthday week…… TYJ!

Close friends invited us for dinner:

Joseph had turkey and I had shrimp. And…..

cheese with cherry and chocolate sauce! I didn’t eat it all by myself though.

Sweet friend who owns gift shop gave a big valentine bear. The small one is the one that she gave last year. It has music but we took battery out as the music continues for long time “Only you……..”

Joseph took me out for dinner. He had chicken and I had shrimp again, it was very good!

Brethren from other area were visiting.  One of them used to be a chef in France and made French chicken for my birthday. It was very nice!

Snow!

It is freeezing!! It supposed to be below zero for next 3 days with snow…. all the school are closed and all the news is talking about the weather. Electricity went off this morning! That means no heater! Joseph went out to get wood for the fire place. Many places were closed as electricity was off .  But he found one place and there were only 2 boxes of wood left! TYJ, he came back safely and we had heat in the house! PTL that electricity came back after few hours!

Kids were eager to go outside but it was so cold and they were out only for 5 minutes and came back in the house to get warm…..
